Lum Sharon Achu & Emmanuel Achu
Emmanuel graduated from Minnesota State, conducted research with the Mayo Clinic and now attends Medical School at St. George's in the Caribbean. Sharon recently graduated from Boise State, took advanced classes at PSU and is accepted at several Pharmacy schools. After completing their education, they will return to Cameroon, a country with one of the hightest rates of HIV infection.
Despite working more than 40 hours per week as a nursing aide and pharmacy assistant, Lum Sharon has been able to maintain a high GPA at Boise State. Emmanuel, who attended Minnesota State has been able to finish his undergraduate degree in only 3 years.
